Sempre que podemos, quando fotografamos um casamento noutra região, aproveitamos para conhecer algumas cidades à volta do sítio onde estamos. Desta feita, depois de fotografar um casamento cheio de detalhes em Estremoz, fomos até Mérida a pedido da Marina. Ela sempre teve um fascínio pela história e estarmos tão perto de uma cidade com história romana tão forte era mais que motivo para a irmos visitar. O Anfiteatro e o Teatro Romano são qualquer coisa de imponente e mesmo com os 40º que estavam, foi uma tarde óptima, cheia de cultura e até de inspiração.

Every time we can, when we go to another region to shoot a wedding, we try to know a few cities around where we are. This time, after shooting a detail-filled wedding in Estremoz, we drove to Mérida (Marina’s request). She was always fascinated with History and being so close to this roman history filled city was more than a reason to go there. The Anphitheater and the Roman Theater are something else, so well preserved and even with the 40º heat, it was a great afternoon, filled with culture and even inspiration.
